All right, Timmy. If you've been lazy for some years now, here's some steps to become a more disciplined person. All right, step one, you need to match the first hour of your day. All right, wake up and move immediately. All right, no phone, no debate, move around, take cold water, splash on your face, take a cold shower, move around, whatever. Write down some tasks, not goals. Tasks you have to complete today. Step two, create a daily battle. All right, pick one thing you hate to do every goddamn day. All right, it could be like go to go to go to the gym. It could be like making sales calls. It could be doing some deep work work with no distractions or just saying no to like jump dump dump me like doom scrolling and shit. You know what I'm saying? Step number three, you need to build some integrity. Okay? discipline is built when you become a man of your word. Just start off small. Say you do 10 pushups and then do 10. not fucking nine. All right, say your read for 10 minutes. Read for 10 minutes, not for five minutes. All right, say your sleep by 11. Turn the light off by 11. Don't turn light up by like fucking 2:00 in the morning. Step number four, you need to punish laziness in Okay? If you skip your task, there's a price to it. All right? Maybe you can do a 100 pushups or maybe you can take co-shirt right now or maybe you can delete social meter for like a week or a month, whatever it is, you need to punish your lazyness immediately. Last but not least, limit your choices, okay? discipline dies from indecisiveness. All right, simplify your life. Wake up at the same time, eat the same meals every day, do the same non-negotiable tasks. All right, routines builds warriors. Randomness holds victims.
