POV of a chill morning as a Senior IT PM in the MarTech space. In this particular meeting, everyone had their cameras off and we were all in a previous meeting that required cameras on. We were tired chileeee. 😂😭 I try to understand the overall feel of my team to know if they’re experiencing fatigue or not. In this case, that was the case. Part of being a PM is having a high level of emotional intelligence and support for your team. I happen to be considered the “chill & effective “ PM and I love that everyone I connect with doesn’t have to worry about an overwhelming sense of pressure from me.
