An exciting day in my life as a Project Manager working in transport. I facilitated my first lessons learned workshop and the feedback was 10/10! The stakeholders were impressed with the structure, and I was pleased with the quality of responses they all shared regarding the project. It’s not easy facilitating difficult conversations between people. Managing time, emotions & overall vibe in the room; pulling out the right responses from people; and steering the conversation in a positive direction. The last thing you want is for your workshop to end with bitterness and recrimination. Project management is 90% people skills. Once you have this on lock, you’re already set up for success. Grateful to God for the wisdom to deliver excellently!
