Day in the life of a Project Manager. This was not a random day in my life as a project manager, actually. My first lessons learned workshop. And I was not playing. I came into the office one hour earlier than I usually would to set it up. I even wiped the tables. I brought snacks and everything. For some people, it's really not that deep, but not for me. Anything that I do to make stakeholders know that I take them seriously and I value their input on a project, I'm gonna do it. One thing that people don't know about project management is that it is 90% people management. Fun fact, I had an interview on this same day. I was ready to risk it all, rush that interview and make it in time for my workshop because again, this is a job I've been entrusted with. By the way, they did offer me the job on the same day. Haha. I'm that good, bro. Don't play. Just a side note. If you are trying to pivot to project management and you don't like people, you are bad at relationships. I just want to tell you that you are setting yourself up for failure. Luckily for you, you found my page. I talk about people skills and how to become a better relationships. I also share random project management career content. So follow me if that's what you're looking for. Bye.
