I just found out there's a new restaurant and if there's one thing about me, it's that I'm always down to try a new food spot. It's called VIVIBOWL. VIVIBOWL is celebrating their double grand opening at their two NYC locations. They serve Mexican, Asian fusion, and I love that their whole concept is centered around rainbow eating, which is about getting colorful variety of nutritious foods in your meals. I tried their double juicy chicken bowl and the double juicy wagyu bowl. They make their chicken through this juicy lock method where they marinate the chicken overnight, so it has immense flavor the next day and keeps it juicy. They were packed with flavor, super filling and felt like one of those meals that's actually satisfying without feeling too heavy. There's going to be a free VIVIBOWL bottle opener event that's happening from June 29th to July 5th. The first 100 orders from each store will receive a free bottle opener. There's also a free double protein event happening on the same dates, too. You can order any entree and you'll get a free double protein. And this will be for the first 2000 orders.
