Nurses are no longer considered professionals. You're talking about in terms of what they can borrow for student loans. That might be a good thing. I'm just talking about professions and how- yes, it is much they like they put into it. First of all, I don't think that complaining in general because nurses get paid incredible. They work 12-hour days. Yes. Like 4 days a week. Yeah. My mom's a nurse. I have so many nurses in my family. Like 40 hours a week. Are they upset about their profession being undermined? I think they're happy with making 6 figures. But they're that degree is no longer not everyone cares about a label like you blue hair. Some people actually care about. Again, outcomes. Only thing that matters a worker usually is their paycheck. Just complaining about paid what they're worth. They're worth. It's one of the best degrees you can get. I mean, nurses are exhausted. Don't you think? My Oh my what is there not or complain about? So who's gonna do? How do we get better if we don't know recognize what's wrong? What's your proposal if they're tired? Shorter work hours. You know, we already have a nursing shortage. For the same we already have. They do. Accept the job. They should have a better relationship to their means of production. They get to choose what nursing job they apply for. Emergency room, being a teacher, showing up to old people's homes. It's up to them. The most flexible fields. They actually are into nursing. What kind of hours nurses work? They are. But we can improve their lives by giving rights. They have rights. They have the right. They have the right to go work whatever they want. Hospitals are crazy and I'm relatively glad and they are. So long as the they should have a say in how much they're working for. They do. By choosing what job they do. By choosing the degree they got. They had that say. Their entire life had that say.
