My little future millionaires 😂❤️ But in all seriousness… your kids can legally work in your business, and you can pay them up to $15,735/yr completely tax free. First, the $15,735 is a deduction for your business. Which saves you $5,822 at the 37% tax bracket. Additionally, the $15,735 of income for the child is not taxed either. That tax free income can go straight into a Roth IRA which then grows tax free. The max roth IRA annual contribution limit in 2026 is $7,500. Additionally after maxing out the Roth IRA, you can invest the rest into a brokerage account on behalf of your child. Thanks to compounding, those annual contributions can literally set them up to be millionaires by the time they hit 30. Most people have no idea this is even an option. Not tax advice, talk to your CPA before setting this up.
