Look up! 👀 Have you wondered what the different signals on the Sydney Trains network mean? In Greater Sydney and in Newcastle, Sydney Trains uses Double Colour Light Signalling. The top set of lights tells you what to do right now, wether that be Green for Proceed, Yellow for Turnout, or Red for Stop. The set of lights below tell you what’s happening next wether it be Green for Clear, Yellow for Medium, and Red for next signal is at Stop. The combination of those 2 sets of lights immediately tells the driver at a glance what is happening now, and what’s coming up next. Now you know!
