Scariest house I've ever been in, but also maybe has the most potential. 525 SW 35th St, Oklahoma City. This one's 5 bed, 2 bath, 2,460 sq ft, built in 1935. It's got an 1104 sq ft basement with its own entrance. Whoever buys this, I need you to find me and let me run the video on the remodel. I want to go see the porch. Here's the porch. Welcome home. Okay, I need everybody to put their imagination cap on because this one is $140,000 for a reason, based on the condition of all the houses that I've done that have been remodeled. Don't take any character away from this house and that includes the green carpet in this room. Same goes for this bathroom, keep those walls pink, okay? I'll be totally honest here, I only opened these cabinets because I was stalling going into the basement. Okay, for real though, keep the original wood floors in this one. Onward to the kitchen. I really do want to see what the finished product looks like. A lot of elbow room in this kitchen and I think it's going to look really nice. That's the back door, but I couldn't open it because it was probably shut. All right, enough time wasted. Let's go into the basement. Basement time. So that door right there, that's the entrance. There's a black widow in between that and the screen door, so I left it alone. The rooms down here are massive and they have really good size closets as well. If somebody is living separately from you in here, I mean, this could be like their living room. You'll see what I mean when I say this place has a lot of potential. I mean, it's a pretty sick house. And sorry, it's dark, of course, this is the one day I forgot my flashlight. No backyard today. Like I said, I couldn't access it. If you guys know anybody that's looking to buy or sell in Oklahoma, feel free to send somebody my way. I'm pretty great at my job. So, till next time, y'all. Peace, love.
