For everybody saying that Oklahoma City doesn't have a lot of basements, well I found it. 644 Northeast 14th Street, Oklahoma City. This one's 4 bed, 4 and a half bath, 4883 square feet. It's built in 1928. It also has a detached two car garage. It's in the back. I'll show it. Has 492 square foot space above the garage. So kind of like a guest house or something like that. Okay? Y'all want to go see the porch? Here's the porch. Welcome home. There's four levels to this place. You're at level one right now. We're gonna go up and see two and three first. Hope that's okay with you. Level two features include three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. You're also gonna do laundry on this level. This home is priced the way it is for a reason. Every room is ginormous. If you don't like these wood floors, you're a problem. You're a real, real problem. All the bathroom finishes are also really nice. If any of you Oklahoma City natives have any lore on Lincoln Terrace, feel free to send me my way. I love a good history lesson. Okay, let's go up to level three. Level three, you got an attic with extra insulation. You got this little closet here. This common space. And then you also got your last bedroom and full bathroom on this level. The colors in here really just kind of bring you back in time. I love the back splash here. The colors in here really just kind of bring you back in time. Dry bar anyone? Love the green by the way. And then you also got your last bedroom and full bathroom on this level. If you were to live here, which level would you want to be on? And do y'all feel that way too? Okay, we're gonna head back down to level one. Level one has a couple of very large spaces. I really could see this as a great house for somebody who hosts the entire family for the holidays. Like this house just screams Christmas. If you're still with me, we're about to see the kitchen and then right off the kitchen, next to the basement, you got a half bath. Double sink. Love the stone, love the flooring. And down to the basement. Clean and spacious down here. It's a little bit of a wet smell, but that's just because you're in a basement. Set the backyard before we get out of here. I will say, I didn't get to get into the guest house area. I tried, but I didn't have a key for it. As always, if you guys know anybody that's looking to buy or sell in Oklahoma, I'm pretty great option. Feel free to send somebody my way.
