New Fable 5 Pricing Model is Scary The new fable 5 pricing model proves that AI is about to get a lot more expensive and this is why. So the new pricing model that Anthropic dropped, you can use up to 50% of your usage limits before charging API usage. So basically, that means every time you use Fable 5, they're charging you extra on top of what you pay in subscription. Penetration pricing is when a company brings a product to market and gives it for ultra cheap for wide adoption. Then, once it's widely adopted, they will remove the amount of supply and create large amounts of demand. Meaning that the product will get much more expensive, but you are already dependent on it. Just like how we're super dependent on clock. So then these models I drop in chat GPT, they're going to move to API base. No longer are you going to have a cloud subscription. You are going to have API pricing. So every time you use cloud, you're going to have to pay a certain amount. So, I feel like we're see a major move back to tools like N8N and building automations because now you simply can't get lazy automation building within cloth.
