Fewer people are eating out these days, and if you've ever seen Gordon Ramsay's 'Kitchen Nightmares,' need I say more? Third, day trading. Most people that teach this are scammers, so stay away and invest for the long term. Yes to all of those. Like Mark is absolutely correct. I can see why this got millions of views because no. 1, clothing brands really hard to differentiate and be unique. Streetwear has been like done to death. And then if you go on the luxury end, oh my goodness, good luck. Good luck competing with LVMH. Impossible. Very, very difficult. Restaurants, margins are like razor thin. Don't do it unless you have loads of capital and can turn it into the next like Subway or the next McDonald's, Taco Bell. Any one of those. Great. If you can't do that, don't even bother attempting it. Day trading. A lot of people that teach day trading are just trying to get you to buy their day trading course. I completely agree with that. The flashy lifestyle, the Rolexes, the penthouse apartments in Dubai, of course. Prop trading. I will tell you whether that's any good cause it's not my money. It's someone else's money and I'm testing it right now. So I agree on all of this. Avoid these like the plague.
