Hack My iPhone: iMessage Features + Shortcuts

You're not using iMessage to its full potential. As a blue bubble lover, these are three iMessage features that I think are so freaking cool. Welcome back to hack my iPhone. I show you iPhone tips and tricks you never knew existed. And be sure to follow along for more. If you've never used keyboard shortcuts, well, you're about to rock your world. The keyboard shortcut that I set up that I use all the time is one for my email. I set it so that whenever I do two at signs, my business email pops up and I don't have to type out the entire thing every time. To set this up, go to your settings, general, scroll all the way down until you find keyboard, hit text replacement. Hit the plus sign and then add the phrase you want to auto-fill. So for me, I'll show you how I set my email up. And save. So whenever I'm typing it, it auto-populates. This feature also works when you're writing out emails on your phone, filling out forms, whatever it might be. I just find it particularly helpful in iMessage. Next is a feature that's also going to save you a little bit of time. Instead of hitting the plus sign, hitting photos to attach a photo or video, just hold down the plus sign instead.
