Hogwarts Legacy 2 has officially been confirmed by Warner Brothers. And here's everything we know so far. First, it's actually happening. It's not just a rumor anymore. Warner Brothers quietly dropped the announcement yesterday in their Q2 shareholders letter, mentioning Hogwarts Legacy 2 as part of their upcoming games pipeline. Well, that's really all they gave us. No release date, no trailer, no gameplay, no story details, no title. But there are some pretty interesting rumors that have been floating around about what we could see in the sequel. One being an expanded map, potentially giving us places like London, Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic and Privet Drive to explore. There's even a rumor that we'll be able to travel from London to Hogwarts, flying with a car with zero load screens. That would probably make my entire life. There's also a possibility of a morality system where you'll be able to choose whether you become a legendary wizard or start falling towards the dark arts. We might be able to play multiplayer, which honestly, that would be amazing. The game might also be interconnected with the new Harry Potter HBO series, whether that's through the storyline or timing of the release, or both, we don't know yet. But with September 1st being Hogwarts Back to Hogwarts Day, maybe, just maybe, we might be given some crumbs. I'll take anything. What do you hope to see in Hogwarts Legacy 2 and which rumors do you hope out?
