A popular TikTok vendor advertised SDD Vietnamese bone straight hair, which I bought for ₦560,000 on Thursday 25 June 2026 After just 4 days, the hair was shedding, tangling, curling, strands are not aligned and the ends looked nothing like the sleek bone straight hair that was advertised I reached out to the vendor, but she insisted it was bone straight and told me to keep straightening it. I did(you can see that in the second video) I showed her and she told me to send the hair in for “proper care” I then asked for a refund. She refused because the hair had been installed, I even offered to pay for the customized frontal and have that amount deducted from my refund. She still refused. I was called wicked, accused of trying to ruin her business, and repeatedly told the problem was straightening the hair rather than focusing on the poor quality and texture I've spent over five days trying to resolve this privately because I genuinely didn't want it to come to social media @Leemarh luxury hair I'm asking one last time: either refund my money or provide the 24inches SDD Vietnamese bone straight hair that was advertised #whatiorderedversuswhatigot #tiktokvendor #fyp #refundme #scam
