Yes, landing site does cost money, but you build the homepage first for free. See, this is a whole homepage completely done. I didn't pay a dime. Now, when I want the rest of the website, I'm gonna have to pay for it. Which is why you cold call to book the sales meeting and then you build the free homepage and then you get on the sales call and you sell them on the homepage and you say, right now, all I have is a homepage. If you want the full site, it's gonna be $800. Once the money hits your account, then you pay landing site to build out the free website. It's super simple. You can't guarantee a buyer. Well, yeah, you can. Once they pay, then you build out the free website, not the other way around.
