I made my way to @encantomestizo in Sylmar and WOW... this Mexican fusion spot is a must-try! 🤩 From classic mariscos 🦐 to sushi with a delicious Mexican twist 🌶️🍣, every bite was packed with flavor. 💯 Definitely adding this one to my favorites! ❤️ Would you try this spot? 👀 Let me know in the comments! ⬇️✨ This is a somar restaurant, surprising me with these pink alachiles. Also serving refreshing hand-crafted drinks. Mexican fusion cuisine in the city of Sylmar. Very beautiful and spacious restaurant. Perfect for large parties. They even have a bar, live music on the weekends. They start off with chips and salsa. This is their delicious Yaba Margarita. I couldn't resist ordering some other sushi, so I went with a Jazz roll and a Dragon roll. The Jazz roll is topped with salmon while the Dragon roll is topped with plantano frito and has delicious crunchy tempura inside. Both of them were absolutely delicious. I then ordered their beef short rib, super tender and served over mashed potatoes. And don't skip on these camarones zarandeados. Crunchy with a kick of spice. You know I was excited about these pink alachiles made of dragon fruit, succulent and juicy and full of flavor. I hope you check this place out. Tell them I sent you and thank me later.
