You probably know @CULTURA MEXICANA for their amazing brunch, but they just launched a dinner menu, and it's seriously so delicious! Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley! It is so authentic, and packed with flavor! You have got to check them out in downtown Glendale, I promise you will not regret it. I’m already planning another visit! Btw, don’t mind my pronounciations, I did my best! Lol 😍🤤🇲🇽 We started off with some agua frescas and they were absolutely delicious. I'm gonna try the churro girly and this one was so good. It had the perfect sweetness, but the star of the show was definitely the melon. This was so refreshing. Probably the best we've ever had. The mollete was very tasty. The spiciness was perfect. It was very cheesy and the fried fish was crispy on the outside and so tender and juicy on the inside. And just when we thought that couldn't get any better, they brought out the molcajete a la mexicana. Let me tell you, this was literally 12 out of 10. It was so hot and sizzling. The salsa was spicy and so flavorful. All the meat was so tender and juicy. I'm still thinking about this. As if all that was not enough, they also brought out a chimichanga and this was amazing as well. By this point, we were seriously so stuffed. But we had to end the night with a sweet treat. None other than churros. My absolute favorite dessert. These were seriously so fresh and so crispy. Highly recommend. If you're in the Phoenix area, you have got to check out Cultura Mexicana in downtown Glendale. You will not regret it. Their food is literally incredible, 12 out of 10.
