People don't know this, but Claude can organize your entire computer. We're back with Claude Runs My Life here to talk about how you can organize your files and your pictures using Claude. If you're anything like me, your desktop looks like a mess of files and pictures from the last few years and you haven't had the time to organize it. This is where Claude can save you so much time. These are the three things you're going to do to organize your computer using Claude. First, you're going to go connect in cowork. Open the Claude app and click on cowork. Once you're in cowork, you're going to attach the folder you wanted to organize. That's probably your desktop or your documents. You're going to click the files folder and attach that to Claude cowork. Second, write a prompt. In Claude cowork, asking it to organize your files and photos. You're going to give it any suggestions on what you want this organization system to look like, depending on your goals. For example, you could group it by the year, you could group it by the topic. Any insight or suggestion is going to help make the organization system match your expectations. Third, Claude is gonna come back and ask you a few more questions to clarify how you want everything organized. Spend the time to answer these the way you want it done because this is going to impact your entire computer's organized. And that's it. What used to take hours, now takes a couple minutes with Claude.
