Most people don't even know the basic features in Cloud. We're back with Cloud runs my life and I'm going to tell you what you need to know about Cloud in less than 90 seconds. First, you're going to want to go to cowork. Cowork is the most powerful version of Cloud. To get to cowork, download the Cloud desktop app and then it's going to be the second tab on the top, you move from chat to cowork. Once you're in cowork on the left menu, you're going to see some features. The first feature that you're going to see is projects. Projects basically means you're creating a set of files that you can go back to and chat and engage with and it has all the context on that topic and all the files that you've uploaded. I do this to organize everything about my life. Each part of my life has a different project. Two is schedule. This is where you set a recurring task. You can have cloud do anything on repeat, daily, weekly, monthly. You write down the instructions and you tell it the frequency. Three is live artifacts. This is essentially a dashboard. It updates when you press the update button or through a recurring task and it can pull in information either from the web or from a connector. Four is datasheet. This is where you're communicating with the cloud app on your phone. Five is customized. Inside customize, you'll see the ability to add skills or add connectors. Skills is essentially instructions for anything that you're doing. You want to build a skill if you're doing something more than three times. Connectors is a way for cloud to connect with other products and tools that you use. Think Gmail, think Outlook, anything that you use outside of cloud, you can connect into cloud and use it within cloud. Now, save this and go try all the features in cloud.
