Every Excel app I've ever built has the same ceiling. The moment someone without Excel needs to use it, the conversation ends. Today I typed one line into Claude. That was it. It came back with something better than what I built. It saw data I hadn't fully acted on and built a pipeline dashboard around it. On its own. Without being asked.
