Don't pack your tent in your backpack like this, just because it came like this. It should stay. First, separate poles and stakes. Leave the bag next. Pull out your tent and unroll it. And unroll it. That Big Agnes weird, weird open face bag. Get a stuff sack. Then stuff your tent because nylon and polyester tents should be stuffed! Real. If it's a Dyneema tent, body, body of the tent first, then the rain fly in case it rains. So you can set it. If the rain fly's wet, stuff it into your front pocket. So if you and let it tent. Now that it's stuffed, it can go on the of the inside of your pack. So it's the first thing you grab when don't. Don't forget your tent poles.
