Kurt Geiger actually offer a program called Business by Design. It's all about helping young creatives who want to have careers in fashion. The program is 7 months and you'll have the opportunity to rotate across 9 different areas in the business, including marketing and PR, design, retail, finance, visual merchandising, buying, merchandising, digital, and HR. Put your skills into practice with paid, hands-on work experience across different departments. So they have designed the program in a way that allows you to balance the work, well, as well as anything that you've got going on.
