#ad Starting the morning early. 05:30 AM, the alarm goes off. Lately, with the weather getting warmer here in the Netherlands, one of my favorite ways to start the day is by going straight out for a morning run. The streets are quiet, the sun is just coming up, and it’s the perfect way to clear my mind before work. After the run, I had a few coaching calls with students and some work to do for the business. As things continue to grow, my schedule gets busier every week, which makes having efficient routines even more important. That’s why I’ve been loving my meals from @Fuelyourbody.
