Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
You're currently in year 13. It's November. It's dark and it's wet. Your mood is on the floor, just like your grades. It's Monday. You didn't get anywhere near as much done on the weekend. So now you're stressed and even more behind on your never-ending workload. You just let through your alarm. So now you're going to be late to school. You have absolutely zero motivation and no idea how you're going to get through the day. You have no free periods today. You arrive at school and you're told that you have an assessment in two days' time on a topic that you don't understand. Your personal statement is due. But you just realized that you don't actually want to do that degree. So you have to rewrite the whole thing. You decide to go on a walk on your lunch break to get some fresh air and to clear your head. It starts raining. You don't have an umbrella. So everything, meaning yourself, and your bag gets soaked. When you get home, you realize that you have six hours worth of work to get done. And you have no idea how to start. Mocks are after Christmas and everyone is reminding you of that. You are exhausted and you don't know when or if you're going to get a break. Everyone is telling you that this is the easy part and it's only going to get worse. And you don't know how you're going to cope because it feels quite bad at the moment and you barely hang on for dear life. You couldn't pay me enough money to ever go through November again.
