here's some expensive things that I think are unfortunately worth the money as someone with ADHD non tarnish jewelry my earrings this necklace this tennis bracelet that I have my daily ring stack my wedding band engagement ring and just another ring that I bought for myself all of these items do not tarnish I can swim with them sleep in them shower in them and they're completely fine these types of pieces are not cheap but they're a great way to look put together all the time even when we ourselves don't feel put together by the way these are quite affordable it's from Stay Golden Hawaii a good pair of flip flops or sandals whichever of those two that you prefer the most buy the expensive one just buy it I have these Island Slipper flip flops that I bought like a couple of years ago and I wear them everywhere I've even taken them hiking because it's this very sturdy leather it works it works with every single circumstance I've put it through esp if you have sensory issues with your feet like me! electric toothbrushes are essentials for us ADHD people dental care is such a sensitive spot for us a way to support it is getting a good expensive well functioning toothbrush that could maximize dental care for us and yes there's replacement fees that come with it cause you need to replace the head every so often but it really makes such a big big difference
