If you have the Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro machine and you are struggling to make your at-home latte, don't worry. I've got you covered. Let's make a latte together. Perfecting your espresso shot is probably the most crucial part of making your at-home latte. And if you feel like it doesn't taste right, it's most likely your beans. I get a lot of my beans from local coffee shops. If you don't have any local coffee shops, leave a comment below and I will share beans that I actually ordered online when I don't shop locally. So we're going to put in our beans for our double shot of espresso. I normally make two shots for a single latte. Okay, one of the most crucial, but somehow the most annoying part is figuring out your grind size. The machine does give you a recommended grind size, but you are able to adjust it and set how fine you want your grounds to be. Typically, I go one under the recommended. I have my strength at the lowest setting and the temperature at the highest. And then I'm going to start the grind. Always make sure you are tamping twice if you can. Okay, this is the fun part. We are going to grab our espresso cup and our latte cup. And today I'm going to make a brown sugar vanilla latte. I'm going to brew the espresso over some brown sugar, some vanilla bean syrup, this Transcendence Coffee one is probably my favorite. And then I always put in a pinch of salt. Now let's get to brewing. I normally do six ounces of milk. I'll take the cup, fill it with ice, and then pour in the milk. And then pour in the espresso. Here is my perfect brown sugar vanilla latte. I've gotten to the point where I crave these over actually going to a coffee shop. I look forward to making lattes every morning. Happy coffee-making friends.
