I am Mexican & Brazilian + my fiancé is from England so I was supporting all teams! & this is where the problems started.. *mexico saves goal* So I start celebrating!! But this group was mad my fiancé and I were wearing Brazil/ England Jerseys and in the very front (Bc we had been there all day) So this man started harassing me with his group the rest of the game Mind you I was literally supporting AND celebrating Mexico!! Smh Posting this just as a PSA to stay safe out there at games Yall this is unacceptable fan behavior & I've noticed more & more of it happening even at family friendly locations

Watching this back literally triggers my fight or flight. But I’m posting this as a PSA for people thinking about going to watch parties. This group continuously harassed me during the Mexico game bc we arrived early to get front row seating for the Brazil game. By the time the Mexico game started, the antagonizing already started, with these continuously coming over to us taunting us, yelling, and flipping us off- especially because my fiancé had an England jersey on and was proudly supporting his country, and I had my Brazil jersey on from the previous game. We should be allowed to celebrate different countries during this World Cup without being harassed by “passionate” fans. I literally had someone come up to me and say I wasn’t a real Latina for having the England face paint on as well as the Mexico face paint. I have more footage of 2 other girls in the group also continuously flipping me off while WITH their kids, and then tried to lie to security, but I’ll save that for another day smh #WorldCupWatchParty #mexicovsengland #worldcup2026 #worldcupfans
