First Time Buyer - WHAT did I do...?!?

I am incredibly confused by this letter from the House of Commons that has just landed through my letterbox. I don't know if I should be worried or not. I should probably be worried. Even the envelopes are fancy. It's not a bad thing. I'm just incredibly confused because I've just moved into the area. I'm trying to work out if I'm in the right area, in the local member of Parliament. Oh, it's the local MP. Welcoming me to the area and the local contact. That's actually very nice. Has anyone else moved into an area and I've never got a letter? This is the first time my names on a house. I've always been renting. This is the first time my names on a house. This is just a prime example of I'm living in such a good area. The post office scanning throughout the getting posted back to the UK. But in the UK, our farmers helping patients and getting proper treatment on the NHS. At least I haven't done anything wrong. I thought that was like, you've done this, please attend this to do that. Fancy thing to get. I put it in the fridge.
