One gamer dad to another, you gotta drop the all or nothing mentality. Our days of gaming for 2, 3 hours, it's in the next life. This is one specific topic that I struggle with. When I first became a dad, I literally wanted to either game for an hour and a half or I wasn't gaming at all. It took some practice, but now I'm okay with gaming for maybe 20 to 30 minutes, that's all I get. Change is hard, especially when it's good for you, but it's worth it.
