I found a Pilates studio offering your first class free so I had to try it. Today we're trying out SPYC Pilates. Shout out to my girl for inviting me to her class. Y'all know I love trying out new studios in Dallas and this one was so cute. It literally had everything you needed. Not to mention, Elle was so hands-on with helping us correct our form and the playlist was 10 out of 10. Let's just say I'll be back for another class soon. In my session, I got a matcha and this was my day. End of my session with a matcha and this was my day.
