Here for part 5. Four things that we are adding now during construction so that our house will work for us in 30 years. Number one is first floor living. So our master bedroom's going to be on the first floor, our laundry, our pantry, we have everything to be able to live on the first floor. Which leads me to number two. We are doing a dual HVAC system. So the upstairs and the downstairs will be able to control the temperature independently. So when the kids eventually move out, we'll be able to control the temperature up there, turn it down, turn it off, and it won't affect the downstairs living area. Number three, zero entry shower. Or just a shower that's flush to the ground. There's not going to be a frame, any ledge to step over. Just a little safety precautionary. And last one, I think it is appropriate. A Costco door. We're doing the Costco door from our garage, our short pantry. And I know I covered that in another video, but I am so, I will die on this hill. I do not want to be carrying seven cases of water in through the house. Seven cases of water. I'm so old. I'm 77 years old. Change my mind.
