5 things that are worth your money.

5 things that are worth your money. Home edition. A whole home Generac. Those things are absolutely worth your money. It's around 30 grand, but your power will never go out, and if your power does go out, you are going to be the home on the block that has power. Number two, a mosquito misting program. They set it up around the perimeter of your yard and it goes off everyday and it kills all the mosquitoes in your area. It really just creates a barrier around your home to where you can go outside and hang out and not have to worry about mosquitoes. Number three, a Tempur-Pedic split king mattress. You do not have to do the adjustable base, but the split king is going to save everyone's life if you are in a marriage. Four, a whole home water softening system and a reverse osmosis system under your sink for drinking water. Number five, a playground in the back for your kid. I'm not talking about a swimming pool, I mean just a regular playground if your kid is still of that age where they like to go to the park. Number six, and this should be a given, but a good landscaper and a good housekeeper. You want these people to care more about how your house looks than you do. Every time I drive up to my home, I am impressed by how good our grass looks.
