You don't have to be passionate about your job, but you should be passionate about the life it funds 🫶🏽 - Take a day trip somewhere you've never been - Try a pottery, painting, or dance class - Go to a farmers market - Write a letter (by hand!) to someone - Watch the sunrise or sunset (when is the last time you just sat and observed it?) - Pick up a childhood hobby you stopped - Host a game night or potluck - Visit a library (support our local libraries!) - Take a class in something totally unrelated to your field - Build something with your hands - Adopt a small ongoing project (a scrapbook, a plant collection, a reading list - Say yes to something you'd normally decline out of habit - Cook something new or try a new restaurant - Journal or doodle or pick up coloring - Volunteer somewhere (it feels good to focus less on yourself - Play a board game or start a puzzle - Start a weekly ritual that has nothing to do with work #careers #worklife #worklifebalance #hobbies #careeradvice
