Have you ever remembered a video but couldn't remember who posted it? That happened to me recently. I remembered the topic, part of the conversation, and even where I was sitting when I watched it. The only thing I couldn't remember was the creator's name. So I started doing what I usually do. I checked my favorites first and then looked through my saved videos hoping it would jump out at me. After that, I searched a few keywords that I thought I remembered hearing in the video. I even visited a couple of creator pages that I thought might have posted it. Still nothing. That's when I remember something I don't think about very often. TikTok keeps a watch history and I decided that would be my next stop. I opened my settings, found my watch history and started scrolling back through the videos I had already seen. Sure enough, there it was. The video had been there the whole time. I just needed to remember where to look instead of trying to remember who posted it. Whenever I lose track of a video, that's one of the places I check first. Sometimes the answer isn't finding something new. Sometimes it's finding your way back to something you already saw.
