If you have a Litter-Robot 5, it is easy to deep clean and I don't know because I don't have one, but I do have the Litter-Robot 5 and I had the three and the four as well and they all kind of deep clean the same way. So we're going to deep clean my five and I'll show you that it's really easy. Deep cleaning a Litter-Robot basically just means you're gonna take out the globe and give it a good scrub. Maybe even change out the litter if you don't have a hopper. It's a super easy process and although I've seen people doing some crazy things like taking the globe to a car wash, use a pressure washer, that's totally not necessary. When I've emptied out the litter into the waste drawer below, pulled out the globe and took the filter out, then brought the entire globe outside for a good scrub. While my husband is doing the hard part, I'm going to head back inside to vacuum up any litter that's ended up in places that it's not supposed to be, alongside wiping everything down. I have and regularly use both the Litter-Robot spray and the wipes and they both work incredibly well. I use the wipes most often when we're doing spot cleans every week and I'm cleaning the globe. The most important part of deep cleaning your Litter-Robot is making sure the globe is 100% dry. Letting it sit in the sun does a great job, but you can also blow it off if you don't have time to wait. Once everything is dry, all that's left to do is put everything back together and of course add fresh litter. And there you have it. That's how you deep clean a Litter-Robot 5, which I'm guessing is close to the 5 Pro, but I guess the only way we're really going to find out is if we upgrade one of our fours.
