Oh what I would givenfor a bread oven...

I run a sourdough microbakery out of my house and here's is everything I baked for my Tuesday Farmstand Popup! Have I ever mentioned that I dont have a bread oven?? Which means all this stuff gets baked in my regular degular home oven, and I know there are some sourdough bakers out there that do a lot more volume that me but in a normal oven you kinda hit a wall as far as how much you can get baked in a reasonable amount of time! #microbakery #farmstand #sourdough
