Ya'll tell me all the time how good my Sourdough bread looks... well not this week!! I completely screwed up my Pesto Parmesan Loaves, I forgot to reduce my water and measured TWOCE and much pesto for each loaf then what I was supposed to and they were a gloomy over hydrated MESS!! I had so much hope for these loaves even still but when I baked them it just did not go well!! #sourdough #microbakery #farmstand
