What is this skin growth? (Procedure TW 💥)

I had a patient come in the clinic with a hard white bump on the forehead Patient: I have this really hard bump that is slowly growing. No, it's not painful my first thought it was a milial cyst so I got an 11 blade and tried to extract it nothing came out Always get growths that are growing evaluated with a dermatologist so I numbed it and prepared for a shave biopsy just took a slice off the top looked at it and there was this chalky white, concrete-like material inside it's almost like he has a tooth stuck in his forehead then when I started pushing on it with the Q tips it came out really crumbly even broke my Q tip ah wait for it okay I'm trying still with my Q tips and breaking more this is a really stubborn lesion and my Q tips are no match for it doesn't look like a foreign body doesn't look like a skin cancer I'm gonna definitely send this off to pathology though especially since it's anchored so deeply into the skin got the great idea to open up a nice pack of forceps and tried to lift it away from the subcutaneous tissue that it was anchored down to and there you go very hard firm material what do you think this is? what do you think the pathology would show? updates to come
