Github is the most popular developer platform in the world, that allows builders to create, store, manage, and share their code.
Github is mostly free - specially at early stage, and acts as the layer between the code built by your Claude locally, and your frontend.

When it's time to publish your website to the world, you will need a domain. The cheapest ones you can find are normally around $10 per year, but others can be very expensive.
