DIY Fall Candle Holders!🎃🍂 These turned out so gorgeous, and I got all the supplies from Amazon! A beautiful centerpiece or pop of fall to any space in your home! 1. Hot glue floral foam discs onto candle holders. 2. Add a pumpkin to the top. (If unlit, you can hot glue the pumpkin. Since mine requires batteries in the bottom I just placed mine on top.) 3.
