Hook

Come with me to accidentally discover my resident python. So currently we're on my porch. This is my Eno that I brought from the United States because it's very portable. This is a very empty corner of my porch. This is my singular piece of furniture for the porch area. She's actually very effective because there's not that many people here, so very rarely do I have even a single guest, so usually it's just me. So these doors open, which I do most days just to like let the air in. Very nice. This is my living room and kitchen, all in one, but honestly coming from New York, this is like such an upgrade. I have so much space. This is my gorgeous fridge. And she breaks once every two weeks. Camping stove and table setup. That's my compost bin. This is the pantry. Sorry, I was snacking, so my snack box is out. Bathroom that got a lot of press for the python video. I have someone staying with me right now, so she has her stuff here as well. But let me zoom out. This is like the shower area. There's geckos that like live behind this mirror. The ceiling is like open. There used to be thatch here, but they took it out because the snakes were like nesting in there. So now it's just like all one big ceiling, so we can like hear each other and see the lights at night, which is really unfortunate if you're staying with me because I stay up really late. This is my room. My gorge bed, I love her. That's my closet over there and I have my suitcases stacked up there. I've got like my Kindle and stuff on that side of the bed and then this side is like all my electronics. And then the bathroom is here. My sink area. That's to the outdoor shower. I'll show you guys in a sec. This is my toilet area with my little art on the wall. Okay, so this is obviously like quite a treacherous situation, so I don't use the outdoor shower a lot because like see how this door opens and then you can't see what's behind it until it's like until it could come get you. That's why I don't do this. But and also like something could be right here and just come in or like behind this rock, honestly. But I mean, knock on wood, I've yet to see an animal out here, but I also haven't been out here in a really long time because I just I've opted out of this. When I first I've taken a few outdoor showers because it's actually really nice like being outside and showering, but usually when I'm showering it's nighttime and I don't really want to be out here at night. But some people do it, like my neighbors. They said like, oh yeah, I loved the outdoor shower. Like that was her favorite thing. She loved like looking up at the stars while taking a shower, which like sounds amazing except for the fact that something could like totally be in there and you wouldn't see it, like a scorpion in particular or like even a snake just like being on top of that rock ledge out there. I don't know. So I've I've opted out of that. This is the second bedroom. No one's living with me permanently, but I have a friend with me now. Oh, and this is my porch area. There's a snake that lives in this hole. See if he's home. I can't see anything. But other than that, there's not much that lives out here. Sometimes there's like Oh my fucking fuck. Oh my fuck. That is a python in my roof. Holy shit. Okay, okay, it's a small one. It's a small one, but holy, oh my god is Mark home.
