One thing I want Gen Z to understand is buying a house is not a good investment. In my point of view, it's kind of stupid nowadays. Were you born in the 70s? Your age, yeah, buy a house because it's going to appreciate to a million dollars when you pay 150 grand for it, 200 grand. That's smart. But now to buy a house, it's going to cost you good 500,000, 600,000. Wow. Maybe upwards of a million. Nowadays people to maybe 3% on a 500,000, a million dollar home. That's stupid. Most people that have home equity don't have any money because all their money is tied into that home. And they may have a stock portfolio in which their employer like their 401k. But I guarantee you it's not that much because that's what most middle class people today were raised on. Get a house and let it appreciate over time. Yeah, that's a good strategy, but not the optimal strategy. That strategy will keep you working 60, 65 if you're not doing other things with the money. So anything that they're state advice, your grandparents likely is outdated. They're at least crypto, up to date at all. You nice appreciate not up to date at all. Trapped. Realise. Telling advice outdated. Recommend stock market. Paid.
