I hate how normalised it is these days just to cut off your friends without explanation. There's all these people being like, oh, cut them off if they do this, cut them off if they do that. What happens to giving people grace? What happens to communication? I've had a couple of friendships like this where one day they've just stopped messaging or they've messaged less. And I've been like, hey, like, is everything okay? Is something going on between us? Like, I wouldn't like to lose contact. Like, just checking in. Like, no response. And then, like, you just don't hear from them again. What happens to just communicating?
