A caregiver, you're not always with an elderly or individuals with disabilities. They can be individuals with disabilities. They're basically helping someone who can't do their daily needs for themselves. For example, what do I do now? With my new lady, who is 95% independent, but she is 95% independent, but she can still give herself a shower. But I still help her. I take her garbage out because that can also be very risky for her at this age. I do her laundry because it's down in the basement and that can also be very risky at this age. So she can wake up before I get there, she makes her own self breakfast. So she's daily assistance. And I'm not hired by an agency.
