Most moms don’t realize they’re in survival mode because they’re still functioning. They’re getting the kids to school. Going to work. Making dinner. Keeping everyone else’s life moving. From the outside, it looks like they’re holding it all together. But inside, they don’t feel like themselves anymore. They feel emotionally numb. They can’t remember the last time they were genuinely excited about something. They feel present everywhere except in their own lives. The hardest part? After living this way long enough, you stop questioning it. You start believing this is just what motherhood is supposed to feel like. It isn’t. These aren’t character flaws, and they don’t mean you’re failing as a mom. They can be signs that you’ve been living in survival mode for far too long. That’s why I teach moms to understand the survival patterns keeping them stuck and how to begin changing them, so they can stop just getting through the day and start feeling like themselves again. #survivalmode #overwhelmedmom #momburnout #motherhood #MentalHealth
