For those of you that are new here. This is the real reason I became a body shape stylist. Growing up I thought my body was the problem. I hated getting dressed. I avoided mirrors. I missed social events. I didn’t date. I hid in oversized clothes and spent years trying to disappear. And the more ashamed I felt, the worse I treated myself. When my mom passed away when I was 22, something in me shifted. I realized life was too short to spend it hiding. That is why the work I do today is so personal to me. I didn’t become a body shape stylist because I care about trends or perfection. I became one because I know what it feels like to blame yourself every time you look in the mirror. I also know how powerful it is when a woman finally stops dressing from a place of shame. That shift can change so much more than just your wardrobe. If any part of this story feels familiar you are not alone. 🤍
