Delete it forever. Even if you delete your history on Google, delete your history, it's not actually gone. Google still stores it and it can be pulled up at any time. But there's one setting that wipes it for real. Open the Gmail app and tap your profile picture at the top. Select Manage your Google account. Go to Data and Privacy. Tap Web and App Activity and scroll down a bit. You'll see all the options with checkmarks. Now click Manage Web and App Activity. That's every search you've ever done on Google. To wipe it, hit delete, choose all time, click next and confirm. Done. Your Google search history is gone for good.
