Lasagne will forever be my favourite weeknight meal ✨🍝 I lovee loading my ragù with lots of veggies…it never misses😮‍💨🤌🏽 Here’s what I used👇🏽 For the ragu: 350g Beef Mince Olive oil 2-3 carrots, grated 1 bell pepper 1 white onion 4-5 garlic cloves, minced 1 pack chestnut mushrooms, diced 1-2 bay leaf 2tbsp tomato puree 500g passata 300ml beef stock 1tbsp soy sauce 1.5tsp smoked paprika 1tsp dried oregano 1.5tsp brown sugar Salt & pepper to taste Fresh corriander For the béchamel: 2tbsp butter 2tbsp flour 500ml whole milk, add more if needed 1tbsp Cream cheese Salt, pepper, to taste Garlic powder, to taste Other ingredients: Lasagna sheets Cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix #EasyRecipes #cookwithme #DinnerIdeas #cooking #easydinner
