The best skin prep in my opinion for your best face of makeup yet is not what foundation or primer or whatever you use. It's the toner pads that you use. Yeah, if you use a toner pad before your makeup, it will apply so flawlessly just because of that physical exfoliation that you have going on. I make my own toner pads, so I like more gentle toners, not exfoliants or anything chemical like that. Um, but the certain pad that I use has bumps on it, so it exfoliates super well but it gets rid of all of my dead skin and anything that makeup could potentially catch on. So my base is literally perfect and glowy like every single time. The best skin prep in my opinion
