how I store my weekly meal prep

Hey guys, I just finished my meal prep. To answer this question, pano storing, do you need to put them all in the freezer? Let's answer this question. So for the chiller section, dito yung space for our meal prep. So for the freezer section, dito yung area ng freezer section natin. May iba kasi nilalagay nila yung kanilang mga ulam. So pag ulam yan, pwede dito sa freezer. But for me, sa chiller ko lang sila nilalagay. Just put them here. Just make sure you already cooled it down before storing. That's it. So I just put them here. 10 meals good for 5 days (lunch/dinner). So this is good for 5 days, two meals per day, one lunch, one dinner.
